its sure not a far reach from conviction, and 8% base mana (351) every 8 seconds seems good, any idea if seal of wis glyph saves you more then this give back,

Yes. Judgements are Melee and seals proc off melee.

o snap i see now, forgot about that change, 4% of max trumps 8% of base, but how many procs can you achive inside 1 minute do you suppose?, but then agian the numbers between wis and SoC glyphs are so close in my math im sure that proc is often enought to tip the table to wis, tyvm

You can probably get at least 2 or 3 procs within 1 minute from seal of wisdom if you use it every 10 seconds or so. That alone, makes it worth using over any other seal/glyph out there.
