Flame Cap Cooldown.
Did anyone else notice that Flame Cap no longer activates mana gem's CD and vice versa?
idk if this is new to 3.2 (I'm pretty sure it is) or if this was an intended change (didnt see anything on patch notes or read anything about it)
any thoughts?

yea after patch mana gem have an own CD and Flame Cap shares with Health Stone
