Leveling as Fury - BoA Weapons ?

As a low level Fury Warrior (no Titan's Grip) which weapons should i be dual wielding:
    http://www.wowhead.com/?item=42945 + http://www.wowhead.com/?item=42944
    OR
    2 x http://www.wowhead.com/?item=42944

I know the slow Sword would give me stronger special attacks, but the 2 fast daggers would give me much more rage to spend.
SO i cant decide which setup i should use... any suggestions?

P.S. I dont like Arms and i do not have the 2h BoA weapon, so those are not a choice.

Honestly fury and arms....your going to miss, get parried/dodged all the time. As prot at least you can take on multiple mobs and not have as much down time. I tried to level my friends 45 fury warrior...could not stand it but maybe thats just me. My advice would be try prot out for a little bit till maybe 60+ or even all the way to 80 like I did.

DONT!!!! if you are so hung up on having a warrior (which their really not all their cracked up to be btw) LvL as ARMS!!!! not fury ARMS. arms > fury.

1 BURST damage. kill the target quickly before it gets a chance to hit you.
2 slightly higher survivability in a PVP situation

remember fury requires you to be in berserker stance over lvl 30 or some shti like that, and the extra damage taken is critical if you pull more than 1 mob!

    LVL ARMSSSS!!!!!

If you do want to go Fury I would actually suggest Dal'rend's in the MH and McGowan in the OH. Rage shouldn't be a problem and two slow weapons will give better whirlwinds etc.
If you're Human then you get expertise for both weapons. If you're a Dwarf then use two maces instead.

Neither of those weapons is a good choice.

I'm not even going into type of weapon discussion (daggers etc.), but those weapons are one handers. You'll get Titan Grip at 60 and you'll need two handers.

http://www.wowhead.com/?item=42943 is the weapon you want. You just level as 2H fury all the way to 60, then you'll use it all the way to 80. Also it gives you the flexibility to go Arms.

Forget fury and even arms. Just go prot and never look back. You will not die and very rarely take any food breaks. A lot of people will say that DPS as prot sucks but i can down a mob faster than an arms warrior anytime even when they use bladestorm.

Well if your not going to play 1 spec of the class why do you want to play the class?.

Prot is not bad for leveling, however giving the same gear level there is no way you can even compare the kill speed, especially when you are talking about "a mob". Before you get Devastate at level 50 I wouldn't recommend going Prot.

In short - as long as you got Bloodied Arcanite Reaper level as Arms.

Re: Leveling as Fury - BoA Weapons ?

This is a stupid discussion because no one will ever agree wholly as to which is the best leveling spec, ere go which weapons you need, much less how to play this stupid class.

I leveled in vanilla as Arms, and I leveled in TBC as Fury; I just started playing my warrior again and I am continuing to level as Fury. Why? Because I have two 130dps 2h-weapons from my TBC days. If I had one, I would have leveled Arms, and if I had none I would have pulled out my tanking gear and just leveled as Prot. All 3 are just as simple as the next and there is no better spec, it just depends on your play style. If you like to Charge->MS->VR->Execute, go Arms. If you are lazy and like to just run to mob after mob interspersed with Intercept and BS->WW->HS->VR->Slam non-stop without losing a fraction of the life you lose as Arms, go Fury, but be prepared to get chain misses, dodges, and parries. On a last note, if you plan on tanking at 80, make it easy on yourself and level as Prot, it isn't nearly as terrible as it was a year ago, and can solo just fine (much better than those other shield wearing so-called tanks), but be prepared to blow cash monies at 80 to get some decent DPS gear if you want to swap instantly.

    This pretty much.

U will bang your head into every wall however up to lvl 60+ when u get into outland and start getting some items with hit rating on them. Fury is a huge headache spec to level with if u dont have some hit rating. I have 2 x lvl 80 warriors and a lvl 70, on different servers, leveled all as arms, tried fury but it was a nightmare since i had 0 hit at around lvl 42ish :P

Arms is very good now with these talents (since patch 3.0), i really recomend arms, maybe even prot, tho as prot, the time u save by not bandaging / eating, u spend it on more combat time with the mobs :P

Go fury if u want but dont do it before u have some good hit rating, and 2 x 2handers but thats not a problem once u get to outland :P
