thanks for this useless piece argent tournie storyline, a patch that definitly was not needed at the time it came out.
Now could we have an explanation on the ridiculous choices for emblems ?? ie giving out emblems of triumph through dailies like they were cookie dough, and still having ulduar 25 and hard modes give out conquest ? what were you smoking?

this really deosnt make sense. End game raiders will spend their 4-5 hours / day online practicing movement and stratgey in long hard modes and such... whilst kiddies that have no idea what the word strategy means will get valuable pieces of t9 and such through doing a daily heroic... this is ridiculous. I'm sorry blizz but you have lost a good amount of people on this (7 in my personal entourage). I know you want to make raiding accessible to everyone etc, but that's what nax is for.

So our 25 man raid nights will have to start with 5 groups of 5 people doing the daily before we can attack the raid? This emblem system is ridiculous bliz, you made a huge mistake that pisses a lot of people off.

I don't understand why everyone hates the badge system.

Heres a what if scenario: What do you do when your MT quits wow because of RL?
When it happened in BC, we had to stop all progress in SSC/TK and go back and farm NAXX for a month to get another tank geared up.

With the new badges, you can basically get a tank/healer/dps geared up within days and you dont stop your progress.

Frankly I would have prefered that it was like BC. Every boss drops Heroic Badges. For tier it would be badges + general loot peice, with the loot peice changing by tier.

Stop complaining and use it to gear up alts.

Well, that's why you guild composition is important... you shouldn't need to have your MT logged on every night in order to go to raids. All tanks should be able to MT all bosses, and therefore you shouldn't have a problem if your Mt leaves for this RL bs (lol).

You can still do that through ofspec looting. If you are doing hard modes etc, you should be able to gear up tanks super fast anyways. Add to that a couple of emblem items etc, and you got a tank ready for ulduar.

Stupid argument. This was not put in place to gear up alts (if it was, you'd have boa items instead, so that you could stay on your main and gear up your alt.)
If it is the case, and emblems are in place to gear up alts (as opposed to my understanding that they are here so that raiders can skip completely nax, which btw u can clear in 2 hours) then give me emblems of triumph in gnomer, uldaman, SM.... that way I can start collecting them whilst levelling, and spend them when I reach 80 for instant raider equipment.
