Couple quick questions

First off i really like this site and it has been really helpfull..

Third i would like to ask openions on gear, talents, glyphs ect. I mainly play the MM tree and do about 60 % bgs 20 % pve and about 20 farming.

I dont really understand the hit cap and since the patch came out im not hitting as hard as i use to so any advise would be appreaciated.

Hmm well let's see.

Hit Rating decreases the chance you will miss your target. for PvP I believe the magic number is 5% and for PvE it is 8%.
