Can't shift click

ok first of all this just seemed like best place here to ask so sorry if i'm wrong but i can't shift click or ctrl click on wow now, so i can't gem gear or anything and i can't do it with adds off either ? any idea

I believe you need to right click on the chat tab, and make interactive.
