    New badge Libram

    Has anyone tested the new badge libram too see if it has a 45 sec int CD

    Whole other thread right below this one all about the new libram, but no, it has what seems to be a 10 sec icd, and it pretty much has a 100% uptime(give or take a drop or two during a fight if you're unlucky)

    Pretty much; its the same as the other Librams/Idols/Totems/Sigils.
