Roar of Sacrifice Macro

Anyone have a good macro for roar of sacrifice to use on yourself without losing your target? Now that it can be used on any player I can't figure out a good way to use it on myself without losing my target mainly for pvp purposes.

On topic now, you should have a macro for freedom and sacrifice for your team player in arenas and silence, monkey stun, slow for focus targets
