Could explain the Deathwing part of yogg's visions. Foreshadowing the old god influence to come in catacylsm?

Its not foreshadowing if it happened long ago. What you're seeing is the creation of the Dragon Soul.

As been said: the vision is about creating the Dragon Soul, the only connection between that vision and Cataclysm is that Deathwing is in it.
