What happens when we hit level 100?

OK, so obviously if these spoilers are right then they're trying to prolong level 100 by only raising the cap to 85. I have a couple of questions however.

When was it stated that Level 100 will be final?

What will happen when we reach 100? Does this have anything to do with the new un defined MMO. An addition to WoW but not an expanion, kinda how Warcraft changed over to World of Warcraft.

How are we going to fit all the bad guys into 20 more levels? Currently there is

-Deathwing
-Azshara
-Sargeras
-Whatever remains of the old gods
-Nozdormu?
-Titans (We killed Algalon they cant just let that slide)
-The nightmare (Emerald Dream)
-Horde v Alliance?

I know its not a lot but all i can think of from the top of my head.

You do not kill algalon. He is like the Watchers, and goes friendly at somewhere around 5%-1%

Sadly the developers weren't thinking far enough ahead when creating WoW, so the game only allows for double-digit levels. When you hit 100, the numbers roll over and go to 00 and the L1C crisis occurs.

Blizzard have stated that they will throw out expansions as long as WoW still have a good playerbase. So I guess, after 100. They will only do smaller expansions with maybe more raids, or just do content patches.
