Tears #1, Egg #2, Energy #3. In order of beneficiaries. I use Tears now until I can get the one from Ulduar, it procs a whole lot. The egg comes second since the haste is quite nice. And Energy I wouldn't use honestly ever over the other two.

I currently use Eye of the Broodmother http://www.wowhead.com/?item=45308 and Tears together.

I know trinkets can proc from all sorts of things, but I swear I've seen it proc when I haven't done anything at all.

Yes i have noticed that aswell, it proccs while drinking, while buffing, and even when u get buffed!!

yup, buffed kings got 500 mana back, using it till tues when i get new 50 badge trinket

tears is sadly better then most trinkets for holy pallies.

pandora plea 1, then the new badge trinket if u want best in slot for pallies, but tear isn't far behind and it comes from regular 5 man, sad.
