Coming Back

OK so back in TBC my hunter was my main, but after WotlK i leveled my Death Knight, but now i want to level my hunter again. He is level 70 Name is Brightwings (Armory isn't up at the moment). And i have a couple of questions.

1. What is the easiest way to level now? Is it still BM or should i level SV/MM
2. I've heard lots of changes about pets and i was wondering which pet offers the most DPS for PvE and the most utility in PvP.
3. I heard the one shot macro was removed/not viable anymore, can someone confirm/deny this for me?
4. What spec offers the most DPS once i hit 80? Also what is "the" PvP spec now?
5. Faction changing. I have long hated my blood elf but i don't want to level up another character so i was wondering if its possible to change into a race of your own faction.

2. Devilsaur until u get to 80, get some gear, go SV and tame a wolf
3. It's been removed as afaik
4. PvP spec I cant answer, when you get to lvl 80 i'd say go SV once you get some heoric, naxx 10 gear
5. Not to my knowledge it isn't no.
