faction champions bugged?

in the afternoon my guild and me went to ToC to try out the new boss.

We had the combination of the shaman, paladin, death knight, warrior, mage and hunter.
we also killed them in that order.

we were suprised to see that there wasn't any loot nor credit in our achievement. the gate also stayed locked.

We tried reseting the instance, didn't work.

Is there something we are missing about the encounter or is it just a bug?

Edit: just a question, but did anyone else encounter the bug?

Same think happened to us today. Same combo as you guys too 1 pull 1 shot no loot must be bugged
