3.0 it was... still pretty crappy. 3.1 was a dream come true. 3.2 has no changes.

Blizz already said they're happy with where hybrid dps is standing. Our guilds hybrids (enh shammy, feral druid(me), ret paladin, dks, and warrior) gives our pures a real challenge on the dps meters.
