Gonna hit 85 first, hopefully get server first shammy or some crap they might have again.
After that might go explore Worgen/Goblin starter lands for those obvious achievements, then do all the new instances, really looking foward to the underwater themed instance/s. Then just see what there is to do at 85 gear-wise.

Lost Isles, levelling my Goblin.

I would probably have seen all new old areas by then, since I guess they'll patch in in 4.0

Firstly, flying in Azeroth requires level 85.
Secondly, Southshore was destroyed in a tsunami, not taken over by the horde.

my plan atm is:

pre-cataclysm patch, old zones revamped: level different alts through these zones, as i won't be able to level them as worgen/goblin yet. that'll keep me busy.

cataclysm, spend most of my time leveling myself 80-85, satisfied at already experiencing the low level new stuff for the most part. eventually, probably after i hit 85, i'll go back and make myself a worgen/goblin and, if i want to speed up their leveling any, pass down those heirlooms from earlier. ;D

I think I'll just go to bed. That way I can stay away from all the no lifes who went to Best Buy and waited in line for 5 hours to get the game, and then spent the next 24hours getting to 85.

Put DVD in drive - Wait for install

Log on to DK - Hit 85 ASAP.
