It may have been by design with Northrend seeming to have somewhat of a Nordic nature to it.

Other than that, I wouldn't mind it really if they maybe changed up the models a bit.

Just Swords and Hammers really mostly. (Twinblades, Thunderfury, Sulfron Hammer, Val'nar) There was a Staff and Bow as well. And well, technically, there was those TK legendaries, but those don't really count.

Oh and alliance have sword and hammer racials

Also, I believe that quote is a past tense question that was asked to prove a point Polimera. He was responding to a comment to the OP who is griping about the new legendary coming out, being a 2 handed axe.


Honestly, chill the eff out. One day you will get your legendary. Well YOU probably won't get it. But there will be one available. Blizz can't just go handing legendaries out.

honestly if they were goin for a Nordic Scandinavian kind've thing then a big ass warhammer is more appropriate because vikings mostly used 1 hand axes more then they did 2h'ers.
