His plates shouldn't matter since he was Daval Prestor around the 2nd War when trying to take control of the Kingdom of Alterac while his plates were added around the time of the Sundering 10,000 years before. He may not use the Prestor name anymore due to Onyxia being outed by Marshall Windsor and slain by King Varian but he may still manipulate people using disguises.

I couldn't imagine him covering up as a human again. It seems like he's just taking the head on 'HULKSMASH' approach this time around. It's already working better then his human act.

His human form is said to be extremely handsome. I wanna say it was Rhonin who insinuated the reason his human form is so perfect was because his dragon form is so flawed. Also, apparently his smile has too many teeth. I always get a headache trying to picture that without it looking retarded.
