Burning Determination

ok, whats the word on burning determination?
did blizz fix it?
on top of... it says it makes you immune to interupt and silence for 10 secs..
is it a learned skill and you have to activate it like icy viens?
or does it activate when you get interupted or silenced?
cuz if you think about it.. if it activates after you get silenced.. then you only really get 6 secs of immunity to interupts or silence, cuz you have to wait till the first silence wears off?
anyone have some better knowledge on this talent? and can explain it and how it works?

Large discussion there. Basically yes it isn't as great as it sounds because you will have to wait for the first silence to wear off.

that would be nice to have....
compared to all the dps that melee can shell out on us squishy mages we should get a passive uninteruptable %.. even if it would be 20%.. just might help out the casters a lil bit.. since imo.. melee is still OP vs casters classes
