3001 3s rating?

I thought 3k was rating cap but

Did they put up the rating cap or is that a just a bug?

There was a blue post some days ago, which said that they removed the arena rating cap, because they thought it was pointless to have it as it made hard to give "furious gladiator" titles if there are 2 or more teams at rating cap

If there is a tie for first, all of the teams that are tied get the title, IE 2 or more teams could all be furious glads.

and they didn't want that so they removed the cap
