True, if we're to modify the first equation, we get:

One point agility = 2 AC X 1.1 (kings) X 1.1 (toughness) X 1.02 (meta) = 2.468 AC per point of agility
Meaning 24.68 AC from an shifting dreadstone.

This was omitted from from initial calculation, but included in the Chardev numbers. Unfortunately, most combat rating are rounded down at a certain decimal place (the cut-off for armor being a whole number) so you still end up with 24 AC

I'd never gem for sovereign: If you want max thread you can gem for bold ones as well (to crush tiny dragons @ Sart 3d or going mad on Freya adds for example ), else avoidance(shifting/regal) or just pure stamina will be better imo.
