Renovo is a guild, formed from the old guild E Pluribus Unum on ravenholdt. (server first KJ back in tbc)
We created a new guild name, just because our old gm stopped playing and he didnt want his guild to be going on without him.
When he left a few other's stoped played along with him, so we now need to make up for those lost raiders.
We have slowed down abit on our raiding to a more casual way of aiding nowadays... 3days/week with 25's, But just because we raiding abit cauall we still search for mature, patient and good players that are willing to raid with us. We only focus our 3raiding days on hardmode's so it still require skilled ppl who like to see the game from a more challenging point of view.
We have a strong roster atm, with around 30-35ppl fighting for raidspots, so you need to perform good all time.
We use a dkp system which we reset everytime new content come's out. We also use's rank's to sort the loot out... 2 diffrent raid rank's and trial rank. Rank's is based on Attendance and performance, which we discuss every week among the officer's.
So are you a dedicated player who like to raid hardmode's but just dont have the time to raid 5-7days / week, this guild just be the thing you looking for...
We require our raider's to be fully enchanted / gemmed and also raiding proffesion's is requried.
We do 10's on slackdays for those who wish to attend... (2-4groups / week with both main's and alt's)
We got a few new recruits this last week... but still searching for more skilled players... exeptional players, no mather class, will always be considered
