I need some help with spec and where to get gear to improve my dps

Ok so after wrath launch i got 80 on my lock, demon spec. and stopped play till about 2 weeks ago, i gotten into naxx a couple times (guild runs).

Google "3.2 warlock pre raid gear". You'll find a list somewhere. Basically, farm the living snot out of Heroic TOC and get into Ulduar10

Casters are ridiculously easy to model. Maxdps isn't the best, but it is good enough.

Get your professions up, run heroics and respec for hit from Talents (first tier Affli).
And ofcourse properly gem and enchant.

Firstly, your not even using your gem sockets. (At your current gear level, i'd suggest you fill all the sockets with +hit gems)

Get icewalker on your boots.

Respec, put 3 point in supression +3% hit in the affliction tree.

Basically, the biggest dps increasing stat for you at the moment is hit, get it.

If you don't like maxdps (I don't), you can always find (or calculate) some relative stat weights and use LootRank. You'll want to increase Max Items until you start seeing instances/raids your guild is running. The nice thing is that you can input a char name/server and see your gear on the list.

I'm currently running this as my stat weights for a deep demo raiding spec.

Keep in mind that, as with any other gear ranking, this is NOT an absolute list. The rest of your gear can have a huge impact on what is "better." (For example, if you're hitcapped, a hit trinket isn't nearly as valuable as a spell power trinket.)
