Getting back on my DK after long break - Please critique specs I plan on using

So I see a lot has changed for DKS with 3.2

I am not sure which way to go, atm I only have a set of pvp gear and a set of tank gear. I do not wish to tank anymore as it looks like they took out all the fun out of that and made it really weak so I doubt I can even do it well with my current tank gear.

And these are the 2 specs I would like to use. Basicaly I just want to know if I will be able to do lower lvl heroics and raids and gear myself up and get atleast 1500-1700 in arenas as well to get the new gear.

Re-learning a class is better learning than someone telling you everything you need to know. There is a lot of information out there, but some may not work for you, nothing is written in stone.

High Points
1. Rune Management - it is easy to play a DK, it is difficult to master runes. With understanding runes you will be a better DK.
2. Strength is best to Gem for
3. Blacksmithing and Jewerlycraft are the best Professions
4. Need to be hit capped. and soft cap for experise.
5. 51/0/20 is the best spec for PVE blood
