If you have the talent that has a chance to add combo points with finishing moves the the finishing move benifit from Lethality?

Simply put, no. The combo points from Ruthlessness is a % chance of giving you the ability to have a combo point when starting off your next cycle after a finishing move. Leathality is only for those moves that state they provide a combo point upon use.
