If you want to post, rate the previous poster (unless they left nothing to rate) - don't expect to be rated if you're not willing to rate someone else.

Don't post if you're not rating or posting your armory. If you don't like how someone else rated you, tough, that's the risk you take when you ask strangers to judge you. Don't respond or engage in discussions on gearing issues because that bogs the thread down with tedious crap. If you have a genuine point/query about gearing/speccing there are other threads for that.

Be polite and constructive if you do have to rate someone poorly.

You are way over hit cap with your talents the way they are right now and the current gear (especially if you raid with an spriest/boomkin and a Draenei). Either drop Supression and pick up some other talents or drop the hit rating trinket and replace it with some raw SP or haste like you have been doing with your gems/chants. All in all, very solid start

6/10 Herbalism as a profession =P Gear is looking alright but still alot of upgrades left to go and not using life tap glyph.

nice gear, good SP, perfect spec, sick crit and haste etc.
only thing is 2 low in enchanting to get the ring boni
10/10 (sadly i dont think im ever gonna see that raid content)

heres mine, just keep in mind 2 things: i hate demo so im specced meta when we have out SP pewpew going and afflic when our melee comes to play, and im in a guild who has never killed yogg, so my gear isnt great....

3/10 Your demo spec is messed up. the most used demo spec is this.

You are also using glyph of incinerate with it, as a demo spec your filler is shadowbolt.

Gear wise it looks solid but you need to replace the spirit gem in your boots with spirit/spell power one. The haste gem in your chest should be Spell power/haste one. Also it would be a DPS increase for you if you added another Spell power/spirit gem and switched your meta to the 21 crit rating/3% increased crit damage. Hope this helps!

Really good stats, but I would suggest swapping out either your shoulders or gloves for Kel'thuzad's conquest gear for the shmexy 2-set bonus, unless you plan on getting a Trophy soon? With only 356 Spirit (which seems low) I would suggest losing the Glyph of Life Tap for Immolate. I would also suggest you put 2 points instead of 1 into Demonic Power, possibly taking 1 from Backlash or Fel Synergy. You have 2 great professions so kudos to you for bothering to level em, I took the easy options!

4piece set bonus is very worth it if you've been raiding ulduar. Not a huge fan of staffs, and the shoulder enchant is not as good as the honored, exalted, or inscription enchants.

Decent gear, yet you have the same luck with trinkets as I do, they never drop. Your rings could be replaced, as could you replace some of your gems with epic quality ones. Other than that, you're a gnome! Curses upon you, interloper!

Your trinkets are meh, drop the Darkmoon joke for any of the naxx10+ trinkets or the Sundial. You are WAY over the hitcap (almost 17% before talents/raidbuffs!) Get soullink, its a flat 20% damage reduction for 1 talent point. Drop those haste gems, its spellpower all the way mate. Purified dreadstone for metagem requirement, those haste/spirit gems making me cry.
