Just off the top of my head, if you switched your 12sp/10crit gem on your chest into a 12sp/10 hit one, and bought the brimstone igniter wand for 25 triumphs, you'd be hit capped (10% for allies, your a bit over 1% below that) also your crit seems awfully high compared to your haste, id switch your volatile power trinket (which isnt that good anyway) with the Abyssal rune or Scale of Fates if you have one of those (abyssal rune is quite easy to acquire) getting either of those boosts your haste while replacing a amazingly sub-par trinket.

Apart from that i'm not a fan of the point in soul leech, if you want something to help your survivability soul link is about a million times better, its practically required if your running hard modes on progress that isn't over 9000 times easier of your current gear level.

Think I have a bit of an abundance of blue gems atm, will be getting 4set t9.25 in 40 badges, so then the blue gems go out the window, and also took shadowfury over 3/3 backlash since its a useful skill for me in hardmodes and the dps loss from backlash is minuscule.

Some very nice gear there and lots of lovely spellpower. Some interesting Talent Point choices - which i'm assuming you use for PVP as well as PVE - I'd give you a 10/10

Hey Farloc you might need too change your leg enchant to 50Sp -20spirit from 50Sp - 20 stamina. you could also lose some Hit since you got 3 points in Suppression. also change your Glyph of Immolate into Glyph of Incinerate other then that i all looks find ofc you could use some upgrades but im sure we all could use that :P

P.S take SP - spirit gems insted of Hit - spirit.

hit socketing is slightly off, got a new item right before I went to bed yday, still waiting for more badges for Triumph head and shoulders.
with just my own fel armor, stacked dragonsoul and LT glyph I end up at about 3500 spelldamage atm

Hi Tash. Your gear is fairly good. It looks like you are having a problem getting your haste up, hence the gemming. I am also feeling i am losing haste to crit since alot of the newer gear seems to favour crit, but luckily you do have a high amount of crit. However i do feel you could maybe squeeze in some more haste by picking up a few items. First off, i would highly recommend farming totc normal for the abyssal rune trinket http://www.wowhead.com/?item=47213 for some haste. Your pvp trinket is pretty useless when comparing it to other trinkets out there.

You don't state what raid content you are doing if at all, but since you have the new raid dagger there are still plenty of upgrades you can obtain from totc10 and 25. I would also recommend if you have some gold to get the crafted belt and boots http://www.wowhead.com/?item=45557 http://www.wowhead.com/?item=45566. They aren't as good as some of the newer gear but they will boost your stats until you get your hands on some new gear, plus you will be dropping hit (you are over the cap) for another stat which will also help. Also replace the rare gems in your helm and neck for epic gems. Every little helps, and use a +23 spell power gem in the helm since you don't need the crit. more upgrades...well you can get the http://www.wowhead.com/?item=47658, nice cheap wand which is actually one of the best wands for locks especially at 10man level. Your spec and glyphs are fine. Overall a nicely geared character. Alot of the upgrades i have mentioned you probably already know about or are already saving for, but it should give you a bit more guidance, and i hope it helps.

I raid primarily 10man with my guild, however i try to pug 25mans as much as possible for potential upgrades, so my gear is a mix of badge/25man/10man/crafted items. My haste has dropped a little since getting some new items but hopefully it will go up with some more gear upgrades. My crit is also pretty low. I got lucky in pugs and have won two trophies and legs so far, i will be replacing my helm, legs and shoulders tomorrow with http://www.wowhead.com/?item=47804, http://www.wowhead.com/?item=47807, and http://www.wowhead.com/?item=47274, which will drop my haste further but increase my spirit, crit and spell power.

Any comments about how i could improve otherwise or any general feedback is welcome .

Jenerena you have pretty good balance of gear. You crit indeed is a bit low, I personnaly would aim for 20% but then again, depending on raids buffs you get access to (boomking, ele.shaman) you can get it up.

Your haste is actually good, 500-550 would be a good goal for a lock, from what I understood at least. Depending on how often your trinket procs and the raid buffs again, you are probably running around with 500+ haste in your actual gear.

I personnaly would have gemmed a bit less for 23sp gems and gone to get a bit more of those socket bonuses.

In your helm, a 20 spirit would give you SP while the bonus would give you some crit too. Locks will be scared or will gem SP over intel, and while in some cases this can be good, lets not forget that intel indeed gives us crit too and more mana = less time spent on LT. Overall a solid 8.8/10.

So, this main turned into an alt since guild needs me more as a healer. But I try and pug stuff I can. My main problem would be low haste, but then again, I can easly pull 5k dps on VoA fights where there is very low movement needed. Open to suggestions

pretty damn decent sir, you really gotta drop those trinks though, get a nice scale of fate (alliance equiv) and reign of the dead (alliance equiv), other than that i cant really see a problem with what you got goin on except that you might have 1 too many blue gems, and that you seem to be 1% below hit cap, with dranai buff and shammy, not sure though since i play horde

Porphyriac, do your heroic dailies for t9 gloves and shoulders for the quickest largest increase. Start with the gloves so you drop some hit rating. Your gear is pretty well put together for Naxx content, just outdated now is all.

If i should recomend anything, it would be to focus more on getting hitcapped. You tend to focus too much on SP in your gems, whis off course is also good. But all the SP in the world will not do you any good, if you don't hit the target. There are some +20 hit rating that would probably make you even better. Other than that, i must say that i envy your gear

You however, have way too much. 17% is a ridiculous number to try and reach by yourself, especially when there are so many other ways to get hit. Even then, you're over the cap. And your meta? Otrebla, some nice gear you have there :P personally would leave suppression and soul link out of the picture for improved soul leech and pyroclasm for some more damage and mana for the raid
