everything appears to be in order. so i'd say 9/10. haste to me seems like a waste. prefer the bigger crits to slightly increased casting speed for 1 or 2 spells.

here is mine. i know too much hit cause of the new gloves, and the pvp trink with the pve gear was for escaping those pesky faction champs.

Enchants are ok , you could socket all of your gear with epic gems ( easily farmable ) .
About stats ... well you are wrong . Hit ( when not capped ) > SP > haste > crit > spi ( at least according to EJ ). Haste is a constant boost unlike critical which is RNG . As you said you are high on hit ( capped without tallents / raid buffs ) either change Dying curse or atleast change your spec to ISL .

I would give you a 6.5 / 10 ( i really don't like the low haste rating )

Disclaimer, I'm not hard capped for hit as i always raid with a spriest or boom and my wife who is draenai (also Elle <3 totem of wrath and always in my group) i also have some more gems to epic, and I only raid 10 man hard mode content. Main spec destro.

As for the lock above me, I'm going for 6/10 just because your stats are balanced pretty well, and I can see your working on getting better gear, missing a few enchants, feet and chest, even cheap enchants are more dps.

1 talent point in searing pain, and the searing pain glyph is pretty much useless. You could put that point into suppression and then you'd be closer to the cap. I'd recommend using immo/conflag/incin glyphs until you can pull a bit more spirit as well. The straight spirit gem is probably not your best bet either. Maybe another purified would work there better.

Just got my main hain and scales of fate earlier tonight, also purchased the shoulders too :> next on list is the T9 Gloves - Envoker's Band - Triumph Wand (cant remember the name)

soul leach is pretty useless unless you grab improved. Take those points out and put them in backlash it's 3% crit

Your right 3% is a nice addition if Im thinking pure dps wise but as you probably noticed I also didnt take Cataclysm and favored Molten Skin since I mostly join Pug raids with my lock (and 50% of the time healers in a Pug suck) and I cant say I dont enjoy the occasional heal that I get from Soul leech but I might reconsider speccing differently and see how it goes next week :>
