BoS and Renewed Hope still stacking?

I keep hearing people say that although these 2 were stacking that it wasn't intended and will be fixed eventually. Has anyone done any recent testing post 3.2?

When it was on Grace, the Damage Reduction stacked with Blessing of Sanc.

Then it was moved to Renewed Hope, and still stacked. So while they both count as "3% less damage taken" I doubt realistically that it makes that much of a difference. Especially on fights like a Anoob'sadork.
