Call me crazy, but I don't think your meta is working. I see one Nightmare's Tear and the rest all red gems. Recommend simply replacing it with Relentless Earthsiege Diamond.

Your gems and enchants are all sensible. You have too a lot too much hit at the moment, but you're probably aware of that. You should also reglyph SoV -> Exorcism until you can drop a little expertise. Your spec has quite a few extra points floating in ret that just aren't useful in pve. I would suggest seeing if you can shuffle things around to pick up aura mastery.

Rate me, profile on sig. I main holy but I accumulated so much offspec gear that i decided to go ret for now. I'm debating on creating the 264 dps plate boots and waiting for leg drop in voa so i can go 4pc. your feedback is valuable.

Minor fixes:

Yellow socket should be gemmed str/crt if the bonus is 4str or more (believe its down to 3str or more in ICC gear)

Divine Sac isn't really what it was a few patches ago, so your spec is a little outdated. In terms of DPS, your spec is fine, in terms of raid utlity, its sub-par.

Crafted Leather boots i believe are better than the plate ones, although our BIS is deathwhisper 25 boots.
The badge leather belt is better than then plate belt, but i see you need the hit, so no worries.

Lastly, get 4pc t10 ASAP, it is that good.
