I mainly got that eye over vind for 3v3 due the retarded amount of spell cleaves on my BG.

I know I am under the hitcap as i just replaced Citadel Enforcer's Claymore. Also any advice on how to re-cap it? should i gem for it or replace DMC:G with a placeholder trinket until TAiJ drops because i am getting it once it drops?

From what i see your only 9 hit rating under the cap, so replacing one of your 10str-10crit with 10str-10hit would be a good option.

You also need to get hold of some more expertise gear as your 10 under cap with the glyph

Glyphs are fine

Change the 20 hit gem in your bracers for a 20 str gem and replace one of your 10str 10 haste gem with 10 str 10 hit.
This will put you to 264 hit @ a bonus of 20 str and by just loosing 10 haste cuase the 10 hit u loose arent used anyway.

I dont see the usefullness in Divine Purpose for PvE isn't Aura Mastery better??

Rest seems fine i just find the 10 str 10 haste gemming odd but okay, if u like it. ^^

Fix the Socket and the Aura mastery and i give you a 9/10.

Edit: I'm aware that I've ignored some yellow +4 str sockets. I guess I'm too cheap to throw the cardinal rubys away. Going for +6 socket bonuses tough.

Try to get 4pt10 asap, I know Emblems are not coming out of your ass just put it on your "To Do List".
Your Helm and your Chest are just not that good -.-
You can even switch them out one by one cause u are not using 2pt9 bonus

Also sometimes u gem yellow sockets for str bonus sometimes not
Yellow socket providing a 4str+ Bonus should be gemmed by 10 str +10 crit or 10 str +10 hit if u can use the hit

I also so see Divine Purpose and I dont understand the usefullness for PvE -.-

Pretty nice gear, you just need to take the 4 pieces bonus. Its too good to skip it.

1) Using hit food instead of Str food is a dps loss, when you can get it by gemming (usually at the cost of crit) or enchanting (less AP loss, than the food) instead.

2) Now....
-2 : Move points out of Divinity and get Aura Mastery + Seal of Command.
-1 : Use Glyph of Seal of Vengeance instead of Exorcism as long as you need at least 2 Expertise (you need 3)
-1 : Str Cloak, because Exp/Arp is just horrible you're better of taking the Agi one instead or just about any other cloak.
-1 : There are plenty +4 (cloak + ring) and even a +6 yellow slot (gloves) you have skippped this is a dps loss: if you place 2*10Hit/10Str in them you'll get Hit capped with a Draenei only (no more useless hit food !_!) and the 3rd one should be a 10Crit/10Str instead of pure Str.
-1 : Expertise on bracers is bad get AP instead and use glyph of Seal of Vengeance -.-
=> 4/10

-1 Divinity is pointless use your leftover points to get Aura Mastery instead
-1 Get Glyph of Consecration instead of Exorcism

Gemming is bad:
-1 We don't use Str/Stam gems ever.
-1 You need a Nightmare's tear (either in the BLUE slot of your weapon or your belt )
-1 You need to replace your meta gem with the Agility/crit dmg one, because it only needs 1 blue gem instead of 2.
-2 worst of all you've placed your blue gems in slots, that are either not even blue (gloves) or don't give you the respective bonus (chest)
-2 10crit/10 str should be in any yellow +4 Str or higher slot (=bracers, cloak, gloves, boots, 2nd ring)
-1 Icewalker although you're already over the hitcap => 32 AP on boots instead.

Chest: 8 stats --> 10 stats
Gloves: Nightmare Tear --> strength/crit
Boots: Icewalker --> 32 AP, blue socket --> Nightmare Tear

Drop that expertise trinket ASAP and replace Glyph of Exorcism with Glyph of Seal of Vengeance once you do. And you need some non-pvp bracers

Specwise, I would like to suggest Healing Light > Divine Intellect, but I don't want to start a flamewar so let's just say it's personal choice

Changed almost everything you told me I did wrong except the gem in my back. Since the back is not optimal for a paladin I will try to replace it as fast as I can.

My question; what cloak would you take instead of this one?
