Trophies not Dropping off H 10 TOC

all the loot tables i have seen show a trophy dropping off all the 10 man heroic fights, but a recent kill on the beasts didnt drop one. Do they not drop one or was it a bug?

I believe that you may only get the trophies thru the tribute chest from 10m hardmode.

The only trophies we recieved were of the Tribute Chest in 10 man. Also, i believe the only way to recieve the Heroic Tier Token from 25 man is the same process, only tribute chests.

I believe you are guaranteed to get 1 in the Chest at the end if you complete the entire instance on Hard Mode, even if you have used up all your attempts. You get 2 in the Chest if you have at least 25 attempts remaining. You get 3 in the Chest if you have at least 45 attempts remaining and you get 4 in the Chest if you have all your attempts remaining.

Not sure if this is entirely correct, but from what I have seen and read, I think it is.

Only trophies from 10Hard are from the tribute chest.

You get the chest if you kill anub hard.
1-24 attempts left gives you 2 trophies (so yes, you're guaranteed at least 2 trophies so long as you can clear the instance on hard)
25-44 attempts gives you 2 trophies and a 245 weapon
45-49 gives your 4 trophies, a 245 weapon and (supposedly) a 258 cloak
50 gives you 4 trophies, a 245 weapon, a 258 cloak, and a mount
50 with everyone in gear no better than toc10 gear gives you above and a title
