any one else notice that dispersion makes u invisible when u use it on a mount and u stay invisble even after u dismount for 6 secs or is that just on my computer screen.

I would imagine your computer just can't keep up, so makes you invisible.

It does the same to me if I log into Lagaran and it's too busy, I'm invisible for a few seconds, then I appear.

maybe but my computer runs usually between 45-70 fps unless im on the streets during Darlalan rush hour but then its like around 15-30fps

No, it actually turns you invisible. I noticed this awhile back and asked some people and I appeared invisible to them, also.

this seems handy when rushing a base to appear behind them and fear bomb lets hope blizzard doesn't notice and or care about fixing it.

It does not, it is client side only. So everybody else can still see you.

I tried it the other day and after i did it and dismounted my group said i was invisible for the secs seconds dispersion was active

Not sure about the invisibility some people say they are confirming...
However, if you have name plates active etc then these will disappear during the dispersion (for friendly and enemy targets) which if your playing in tunnel vision could lead your laggy mind to wonder where the priest just 'blended' to until the bars or text reappears. (happens to me using tidy plates addon)

Invisible riders on mounts has become alot more common for myself recently but these have been enemy and friendly targets so i don't think theres a new trick, lets blame the server for it sure... or your computer, or your isp, maybe you have a cat that can take the blame?
