Best 10raid spec atm?

Well im using TTW/FB spec for 10man but i have mana problems and hit problem (There's no SP or moonkin in my group) so i have to be kinda hit capped, i need to know what's the best spec for 10 man's..i heard FFB but i dont think arcane is bad tho...

Suggestions?

if you like fire the FFB is better for lower gear, and TTW is better for higher gear
