Extended Raid ID's & Limited amount of tries

    Had an epiphany

Blizzard bring out extended Raid IDs, then almost immediately afterward on the first real hard stuff, a limit on the amount of tries you can have in one reset.....

    Makes no freaking sense. ???

Re: Extended Raid ID's & Limited amount of tries

Why doesn´t it makes sense - the two things doesn´t have anything to do with each other. Trial of the Grand Crusader, or so to speak Toc10/25 Heroic has the added difficulty of limiting the players to a certain amount of tries during a given week - in the same manner that Algalon is only up for 1 hour (or Vael was initially). This doesn´t mean people are forced to spend all those tries during one week and can extend their lockout if their only wish is to kill the last boss with a certain amount of tries left - since you get better loot in the end with more tries remaining .

Now if they made the change that an extended lockout would respawn all bosses in fx. Ulduar but without making them drop loot again that wouldn´t make any sense.

The word you want to use is "have" not "of".
You may have alot of stuff in your country, but we got Lolland.

No, it does not make sense to introduce the feature now. I don't think anyone will use it before Icecrown, and most likely, only casual guilds who can't clear it on 7 days.

Most top-end guilds will never use it, because a extra full clear minus remaining bosses is lot of gear upgrades. Which *do* matter.

My guild raids two nights a week. It will allow us to leave bosses up for hardmodes and still do ToC the same week.

    Thanks.
