Low Ele Dps - Need Help

Hey Guys

I just got my 2 piece tier 9, and i noticed my DPS has dropped a bit,
i know im over hitcap b/c i got the gloves from vault so i need to drop it.

For some reason during raids im getting like 3.5k-4.5k dps when i should be getting over 5k

my rotation is FS --> LVB --> 5x LB --> LVB and repeat

any ideas?

Well as far as I know, 2pc T9 is not exactly an upgrade in dps. If you still have T8 that gives you the 4pc bonus, stick with that until you get 4pc T9. Also, your shield and boots are not exactly optimal elemental gear since it has Mp5 on it. If you still have http://www.wowhead.com/?item=40401 laying around, use that instead.

Elemental dps really sucks right now so I wouldn't worry too much about it. Even with all BiS gear equipped, you will still be lower than the other pure dps classes and maybe some of the hybrids. Just hold out for Patch 3.2.2 and 4pc T9 bonus to see your dps back up to the high 5k-6.5k range (guessing/hoping).

Here is a log of our Heroic Northrend Beasts kill last night. Now I don't have BiS gear by any means, and I still only did like 4.4k dps. I also may have had a Snowbold on me but I can't recall atm. Heroic 25 man is hectic.
