Destruction Haste cap

I'm wondering if anyone knows the haste rating where destruction caps out at. I'm sitting close to 600 and when scale of fates is active I'm over 1000, if there any reason to keep getting haste or have I hit the wall of the benefit? Descimation makes me wonder what it is for us since it also lowers the gcd of spells below the 1second mark, at least as far as I understand it.

Further explanation: Having Immolate clip the GCD once every 15 seconds is not a dps loss when you compare it to the dps gain of all the rest of your spells being even faster to cast. You would require 100% haste to clip Chaos Bolt, which is Heroism, Backdraft, Trinket Proc/raid buffs, ~and~ 20% haste from gear, and even then this only lasts for 3 spells.

Affliction and Demo have haste caps due to a reliance on 1.5s spells.
