Matchmaking rating and remaking teams

What is the deal with remaking your arena team at certain times so that when you win you gain the most points as possible and when you lose you lose the least amount possible? Matchmaking rating manipulation?

well if you win alot then your hidden rating goes up.
so if your hidden rating was 2000, then starting at 1000 you would get max points untill like 1600

the only reason to do this would be to get a higher hidden rating ( which you get by wining against high teams)
so basically if you are at a low hidden rating, and make a new team, you keep your hidden rating but you will get more points untill you are at your old rating
