I'm the main raidleader in our guild
atm we try @ northrend beats 10 heroic
and the only - real - problem are - in my opinion - our DDs

Basically, your raiders are doing terrible dps. They need to up their game!

You should ask your rogue to respec into something viable.

I can only say about mages: 20/51 is best dps spec but for 25 with SP and Boomkin. And mage who put more then 2 blue gems should be impaled to tree and forced to roll lock. Didn't do those fights but i doubt they are so gimmick that mage with this kind of gear cant reach 4-5k dps.

You are right in saying its the DD's imho.
The damage is extremely low from everyone and you gonna need your team to try find out why they performing soo badly.
Even looking at Lord Jaraxxus kill you have, the DPS is very low there too.

Like others have said the gear your raiders have should let them push out some very high numbers but the numbers they are putting out are nowhere near where they should be.

As you are the raidleader and obviously want to improve this or wouldn't have posted here then maybe you could yourself make sure they are using the max dps specs for the job.
Look up their rotations/priorities and make sure they are using these properly aswell.
I'm otherwise completely stumped as to how a raid team of that qquality gear could damage so little.

Erm..your Survival hunter Meisi..he isnt using Multishot when he should be every CD. Also he has a haste gem?? Also way over hit cap, but that seems to be from gear only so fair enough if that can't be helped. Just noticed he's using a steady shot glyph, needs to be swapped with a Killshot Glyph asap.

OMG, your MM hunter Morrostone is using the 90 spirit greatness card? Wft is up with that? Also using blue gems.

Hope both are using Wolfs too.

-Rogue pulling aggro(first to die) - Seriously? Tricks of the Trade...
-People dying to fire - Seriously? If you lag, upgrade your rig. If you didn't see it, turn up your graphics. Snobold on your back-> it was a mage almost everytime, if you blink it doesn't get interrupted.
-People getting charged by Icehowl - I know its harder without the speedboost, but still fairly easy to dodge. The target MUST run directly sideways, DO NOT RUN TOWARD THE BOSS, at any angle.
-Tanks dying - Either your tanks are undergeared or your healers are failing (I take it you're on a Euro server. I can't access that armory right now)
-Bloodlust on Gormok??? - The worms need to die the quickest so why waste on the first boss? If you're thinking to use a second on Icehowl, don't.

Sry Aerikaya but i think u don't understand what i want ^^
and i use bloodlust 4 gormok because he's @ 50% when the worm engage without it ...
and beause of this i made this post - i do in my shadow gear (it's not quite as good as the gear of our 5 DDs I posted) @ the boss dummy 3.5k DPS ... more then some of them in a raid ...

I was pointing out other problems you were having in addition to DPS. If you can't burn Gormok before the worms come out, theres not anything you can do. And if you are at 50% on Gormok with Bloodlust, you need some major upgrades on your DPS. As I said, I can't access the Euro Armory for some reason so can't site specific examples.

Re: your rogue.

He needs to change to 15/51/5, as that is the superior dps spec. Also, he needs to put his 4 pc. t8 back on, it's way better than the t9 he's got on, especially the 232 he's got. Also, get him to put crusher on his gloves instead of 20 agi.

EDIT: Whoa, that's a lot of expertise. 26 is the number he shouldn't be going over, and it isn't even really important for Combat.
