T1 relentless weapon?

Is it true that you can get the T1 relentless weapon from 2VS2 when you have 1800 rating IN the 2VS2 team?

I heard that the shoulders and T2 weapon can only be bought if u got the rating in 3v3 or 5v5.

So the T1 can be get from 2v2? If so, link source please.

yes u can take the T1 weapon. with only 1800 Arena rating and on 2v2. other weapons need 1800 AR again but u need to play 3v3 or 5v5.

Ah this makes me so happy now as i got 1900 mmr in 2vs2 already means in pretty sure ill get to 1800 =D. All better then playing 3v3 in my lolcleave team vs other lolcleaves.
