Need help to improve DPS

Is there any way to improve my DPS? Just a Little?
I know i can always swap my +16 str with +20 str but im a little short on gold right now.

A lot of things.
Get rid of your PVP gear shit.
Also your gear in overall is very low.
And what the heck is that +24 stamina gem doing in ur helmet???? The metagem also sucks.
enchant ur boots.
You also have wrong spec and glyphs.
