Cant load UI

Hey all ive been having problems with adding a new UI.

I tried Jasje's UI first and it said that if you are battle.net just use your old Username which i did and it didnt work.

Im now trying Tacit's UI and this is on a clean install of wow so nothing would have been there from other addons or profiles, but yet again i have the same problem. Also it shows profiles from UI's from a long time ago.

Does anyone know whats wrong?

please post a bigger screen, and also give more informations, for example what should have been displayed and what is wrong in detail.

with this the only thing that comes in mind is an internal error in wow data files or in ram

Make sure you delete your WTF folder before installing an addon pack.
