Question - Belt of the Ardent Marksman vs. Belt of Merciless Cruelty

I'm trying to decide whether to buy the Belt of the Ardent Marksman, or stick with my Merciless Cruelty belt.

Stats WITHOUT totems= 190 hit rating (5.79% chance to hit + 6% through talents and 1% racial, 12.79%), 35 Expertise (8.75%) 234 haste (9.28%)

Any help would be greatly appreciated. I'm not sure exactly where you want to be in terms of hit rating. I know I'm good on expertise, in fact, probably a little over. Should I gain more attack power, or pick up a little more hit rating?

35 Expertise is more than you need, 26 should do the job just fine.
On the other hand, 190 hit rating is kind of low, you want to get spell hit capped. As Draenei, you would need 13% spell hit chance (assuming shadow priest/moonkin in raid for another 3% hit).
Dual Wield Specialization does NOT count towards your chance to hit with spells, so you need ~341 hit rating from equipment.
I would suggest to swap Victor's Call with some +Hit trinket (~95-128 hit), and get the Belt of the Ardent Marksman if you can spare those emblems.
While too much expertise is pretty much wasted stat points, additional hit rating is not wasted as it increases your chance to hit with normal auto attacks.

I'd stick with the belt you have. considering the extra gem slot can give you a nice stat boost.

I just cannot see how anyone could get "a nice stat boost" with Belt of Merciless Cruelty.
