TLDR
We're a fairly new guild looking for members to start up ICC10/25. Here's your chance to start fresh with experienced raiders and start clearing the new content as it gets released by Blizzard.
Our current schedule is Monday, Tuesday, Thursday 7pm until we collapse, but once we close recruitment we will evaluate every player's RL schedules and come up with one that fits the majority so this is not an issue. Generally we will be raiding 7pm PST and later though, so keep that in mind!

Progression
Months ago we cleared up to Yogg in Ulduar and had 5/5 ToTC on farm. 4/4 ICC currently.
About us
Tuxedo is currently a 10 man oriented raiding guild looking for more people to fill in spots to start up 25 mans. We are looking for people that have a good knowledge about their class as well as raiding on that class. We need dedicated individuals that are willing to go to the fullest extent of their characters to complete end-game content and beyond. Min/maxing, going extra lengths, etc. all are looked at and looked highly upon.
We generally raid on Monday, Tuesday and Thursday starting at 5pm PST. We are very flexible with our schedule and often times don't follow this routine. We will constantly evaluate the schedules of our members and adapt accordingly to any conflicts of scheduling with the majority of our member pool. Don't worry too much about the schedule as it is going to change to accomidate everyone's needs once we close recruitment.
After taking a long break, we just got back in the game and are looking to start ICC10/25 raiding, progressing through as fast as possible. This is your chance to start fresh with a new guild and progress through new content together. It'll be a bonding experience, we'll make smores and stuff!
What we are looking for
Our recruitment is open to pretty much anyone right now. Switching from a 10 man guild to a 25 man guild is tough but we're doing everything in our power to make it a very smooth transition. We're looking for quality players to fill in the gap and actually get the ball rolling. So feel free to apply and we'll review each app and get back to you within a day or two. If you are accepted to the guild, you will be put under trial status.
Applicant expectations
The trial period lasts several weeks during which you will be evaluated based on playstyle, attitude, personality and whatever else you bring to the guild. We reserve the right to remove you from the guild if you do fail your trial period. That being said, if you bring your A game for the first few weeks and then start slacking off once you become a member, we will take action against you. We will be constantly evaluating performance and we expect nothing but the best from our members.
We expect a few very key things from our applicants and members in general:
1) ALWAYS come prepared for a raid.
2) Post on the forums if you are going to miss a raid, we have a special section for that.
3) Bring your A game. You will be replaced and/or penalized if you don't.
4) Maintain at least 80% attendance; it is tracked and looked at.
A little background
Most of us in Tuxedo have come from decorated guilds on different servers. We have much raiding experience whether it be clearing Ulduar in WoTLK, clearing Sunwell in BC, or farming nonstop to be the server first guild to open the gates of Ahn'Quiraj in Classic. Our downfall has been numbers so far, we intend to steamroll through current content with no problems at all.
Our future
We're looking forward to having you help us progress and clear through 10/25 man ICC very fast and start working on whatever challenges Blizzard throws at us. Experience and gear aren't requirements, but of course, they do help. Our application process is very thorough which is all the better if you're as determined about us as we are about you!

That being said, we joke, we joke a lot, and we offend people with our jokes. This guild is not for the faint of heart; we have a sick sense of humor. We know how to have fun and we know how to be serious, there's a time and place for both. Just a little disclaimer for you all, choosing a guild and often times spending real money to get into that guild is a big decision, we respect that and don't want you to have any surprises.
