I imagine she will be around until Cataclysm. But, I could see her staying in even after Cata, but maybe changing it up a bit, and scaling her, and taking away the mount drop. I imagine the mount drop will not stay, even if she does.

Staying as is, forever. Mount will not be removed. It's a rare mount drop.
