The black bar on the bottom of the screen.
The bar appears when I use Dual Specc - Right when the specc I change to activates.
I'm sure it's an addon, and that somethings wrong.

Anyone got a clue wich one and what?

It may be Skinner, since I notice you're using it. It looks like it's skinning the normal default blizzard actionbar area, despite that being hidden by an addon.
