how much avg dps should i be pulling on single target as affliction?

i'm currently pulling around 49-50k and that seems like a low dps for 473 ilvl to me so i could use some tips.
i'm using normal affliction rotation.

That is with full support though. If you are in a 10 man group, there is a good chance that you might not have every buff. If you can tell me your setup, I could adjust the sim accordingly.
Your gear looks fine.

A few notes though:
You have a bit too much hit. Every point over 15% does give you exactly zero dps.
Don't say rotation, as no warlock uses a rotation. It's a priority
The simcraft dps is under perfect condition with no movement. That doesn't happen anymore.

I wonder if someone could see if i've reforged wrong or something, because my dps shall be on 72k but im just around 55k, affliction warlock. I've seen the movie someone on the warlock forum have posted so how to get better dps?

Use this meta gem. Otherwise, I can't detect anything wrong with your gear or reforgeing.

If you use the reforge plot, change the rating delta to 2000 or so, a 200 points delta is quite useless nowadays, as that's about a single reforge.
The slight dps-increase in your plot, comes from the Corruption+2 breakpoint you hit at 4717haste rating. For a full list of breakpoints, you can use this page.

Where do you get the scale factors you use on that reforge site?

Like I told the guy above you. Your dps can differ quite strong from the perfect setup situation by not having all the buffs/debuffs. You can uncheck the buffs/debuffs you dont have in the corresponding simcraft tab. Also movement and "inefficient" use of Bloodlust can reduce your dps quite drastically.

I'm just looking for some suggestions on how to DPS the Stone Guardians. I'm finding that maintaining dots on both targets means that my Malefic Grasp uptime is very low and that my Haunts are somewhat wasted. I feel like I'm doing about 60% DPS on two targets because of it. Sure, that amounts to 120% of normal DPS, but I feel I could do better, especially since the significantly lower geared rogue is beating me by about 5k+

Use (non glyphed) Soul Swap to pull all dots off a Guard that goes inactive and put them on the one that becomes active That way you save one gcd on every swap. Some people may prefere glyphed Soul Swap. I dont.

Usually during Elegons-Spark-Phase I instantly Soulshard - Swap two Sparks, after they're killed I regain 2 shards from the Boss....

Our performance yesterday wasn't that good, especially all the trys in the beginning (only 2 Sparks, No Tank at the Boss, no AoE-ing etcetc.). About my own performance, I think the damage in the last try improved a lot, compared to the beginning... But I'm sure I can still improve....

I'd be really glad if you could give me some advice.

Your raid needs to kill more waves of Energy Charges - I see 8 stacks of Draw Power (Kraftentzug), when 10 or 12 would be much better.

Your Touch of the Titans buff (Berührung der Titanen) is low (66%). I compared to a recent kill of mine, and at the same point in the fight my uptime was 83%. Are you using the jumping trick? Are you remembering to keep in the Energy Vortex while DPSing the Energy Charges?

I don't think you should SB:SS two sparks - I assume you have assignments, so everyone should be able to handle their own. SB:SS on multiple sparks is a bad use of Shards (because those DoTs get low uptime), and it'll hurt you on the later waves (at 5 or 6 you might want to SB:SS + DS or SB:SS + Haunt).

The most important things about the Charge phase is to use your Shards slowly early on, when the Charges are still slow.

I think Archimonde's Vengeance is the weakest talent for this fight. You would be better served using KJC (for moving to the correct location while MG-ing during transition) or especially MF so that you can hit SB:SoC on the Charges more easily.

Otherwise, it is important for all Affliction locks to learn how to manage their DoTs - it is not simply making sure that they are on all the time, but that the DoTs with the strongest procs stay on the longest. We didn't have it before, but Affdots, the addon by Ridcully, should make it much easier.

The problem with the "Touch of the Titans" seems to be quite big for all of us (a lot of people, including me, from 60-70%), and if we manage the sparks better it could soon turn out as a success. And I will make sure of using your tipps when we try Elegon the next time.

You're not yet at a point where you should be gemming mastery over intellect. So your gemming is off. You're also missing a shoulder enchant and a waist belt buckle. You can find out more about your statweights through simcraft.
As far as your DPS goes, I'll need logs from a proper tank and spank fight in order to tell you what you're doing wrong. Get a log of Feng or Spirit Kings. I can imagine that you're not using your procs correctly, by refreshing dots when procs proc and again before they fall off, depending on proc strength and dot times ofcourse.

I've achieved the 4717 threshold and am leaning on 6700 mastery. i could drop 450 haste for mastery, although I'm not entirely sure that's beneficial.

Any advice, comments, and suggestions would be appreciated.

It's from the first ~35 seconds of the Garalon fight. Compare your damage to that of the other lock, then look specifically at the number of dot ticks you and he have. He's got almost double the amount, meaning he most likely took advantage of some haste effects you very obviously did not use. That other lock in your raid seems to know what he's doing, talk to him, ask how he handles his opening and compare it to what you do. Make the needed changes, profit!

So I have been having issues with my numbers in general. I like to think I am well versed in the theorycraft of my class but I am just not putting out the numbers I know I can be. Below are the logs from a MV clear with a couple heroics from last week. I swap between affliction and demo depending on the fight. Also, note I am usually the one to take on side things like tiles so I know that does affect my numbers somewhat.

Ilvl 484 - This guy is not doing too bad..
He has not had a decent head drop nor weapon drop - These will boost his DPS by a lot just by themselves.
Even though he is currently using a blue weapon - I would enchant that with jadespirit instantly. Awesome proc.
See now in regards to his hit, under cap, which most affliction locks do not need, if they are really skilled or have been playing that spec for a long time imo.
I personally would get him to try and reach the cap - then test it, because if his Agony is reaching 10 stacks, he goes to reapply and misses.... That will mess it up instantly.
Regarding stats, get him to sim. See what is currently best for him. I am Ilvl 491 atm - And reforged into haste alot more than i had previously, to see what difference it made and it actually lowered my dps. So possibly ask him to try that also.
Int - haste gems, Slap him for that.
Spriest is all about the haste, not so much for locks atm.
One last thing - check his uptime on his main DoTs - Agony unstable affliction and corruption - All of which mastery increases the damage of.. His up time of them is not so great.
He just needs a bit of tweaking.

I could look into lots of things, however - WoL Parse - Damage done - Expatriat - Dmg by spell - Uptime.
That simple really, below average uptime on each DoT.
Overall active time less than 60%.

Edit: Decided to look a bit more.. The Jade on use trinket - Not being used at all. Its rubbish but still..
Change the weapon enchant. And bad bad gems. Get him to Sim mastery gems, just get him to sim lol.

Not using his trinket is horrible however, and if he's ungemmed that's a problem as well.
What I can't figure out though is how he basically standstill (he wasn't kiting pheromones) pulled 70k dps on the kill, what with multidotting available, the moonkin, who is a healer gone offspec, and who was also kiting the pheromones, almost did as much dps as him.
So what am I missing, or are locks just terrible for Garalon?

That is not a valid excuse. I'm at 484 with the Necromantic Wand and a Blue Helm (but I do have Light of the Cosmos) and I pulled almost 60k more than the guy in question on Elegon (in a kill that was a minute longer).

It doesn't seem to be that great for affliction locks, dotting passing legs and the boss should give reasonable dps, it's possible that moving around alot is decreasing his dps.
I'd have to dig deeper but thats something he needs to do tbh, to learn.

Stating that for his Ilvl he isn't doing bad is a passing comment, nor is it an excuse, but an observation..

But yeah fel flaming for no reason is bad, same with maximizing procs. Perhaps getting extracd or setting up weakauras may help in that case.
I am not sat here over analyzing logs mainly because it should fall down to the lock in question to check it and double check it, there are plenty of resources available across many websites.
And if it is down to rotation, and adding what should not be there, i'm pretty sure there is a "basics" video guide on mmo somewhere lol.
Most common issues I see across the board is uptime - gemming - chants - using procs.

The difference is that he (the priest) is only losing his mind flay by multi-dotting, but is gaining tons of dot damage and mind spike procs, which then create instant mind blasts for him. You, on the other hand, are losing a lot of dot damage by multi-dotting due to MG.
