That would be Prince Tenris Mirkblood.


edit: OR this can be Prince Taldaram- who is also a vampire prince. They both use the exact same model, although Prince Taldaram has green gems along the center of his robe. Prince Taldaram can be found in Azjol Nerub's Old Kingdom, while Tenris Mirkblood is a much more interesting and rare Feat of Strength kill that was only around last year for 10 days in Karazhan and dropped a rare vampire bat pet and the Arcanite Ripper axe that turns you into the guitarist from L80E Tauren Chieftan.
