Does anyone know if the pulses of Earthen Power work on Arctic Breath to reduce the raid damage?

afaik only stun breaking mechanics such as human racial, blink, divine shield, and possibly a ret paladin using improved hand of freedom into person target from the breath are gonna break the effect

Just spread out, if anybody dies to arctic breath then the healers are either playing without addons or bad. A single flash heal, rejuv, renew, coh, poh, shield or anything else should be enugh to keep the player alive unless they are naked. Just get grid to show artic breath and if people are still dieing then either replace the healers or yell at all ranged to spread out more.

Any decent healer should be able to heal through that breath even if all his addons decided to die at the start of the fight. So you should just remove that "without addons" part and limit it to bad healers. If someone is dieing to that breath, the healers are bad. Period.

Melee and Casters just need to spread completly around him and spread healers out. Melee should all be at max melee range so they do not get the knock back, and it shouldn't be a big deal. Healers can pre-hot people as the breath is on a timer.
