just curious if all those stack would be some insane crits lol.

Link them? too lazy/not care to check them out myself.
yes they stack, thats kinda the whole premise behind frostfire bolt >.>
I was under the impression that the FFB spec already took those talents by default.
It does, but the extra crit damage from combustion is new in 3.2.2, hence the question I believe.
dont forget to factor in the extra 40% damage dot from ignite.
70 Warlock - The Scryers
80 Hunter - Gorefiend
80 Druid - Gorefiend
80 Death knight - Gorefiend
80 Shaman - Gorefiend
80 Mage - Gorefiend
150% norm + Burnout 50% + Ice shards 100% + Ignite 40% = 340% on crite, 390% with combustion.

the talent increase the critical strike damage bonus, not the critical strike damage
150% normal crit
175% with burnout
200% with ice shards
175% with combustion up
ignite is 40% of the damage
so, with combustion popped it's 300% critical damage (2k normal, 6k critted for example) plus 40% of damage as DoT
The Brave Do Not Fear The Grave
it's more like 100+50 normal crit + burnout = 100+75 + ice shards = 100+125 + combustion = (150 + 100) * ignite = 350%Originally Posted by Nthpower
So a hit of 2k will crit for 5k and do 7k total damage after the ignite ticks.
Only 350%? I thought FFB has 343% or something without combustion? Maybe your missing the meta?Originally Posted by Nillo

Yes I did miss the meta, which is pretty obvious if you read my post :P and the topic doesn't include the meta anyway :>Originally Posted by Milamber
330.75% would be your FFB number with the Meta (taken from EJ)
Too bad I can't find any updated numbers for Comustiont here. It should be somewhere around 365%.
Since everybody uses the meta calculations without it are kinda pointless...
365% lolIt should be somewhere around 365%.

Hmm found some maths on the meta and it should work like this:
150% = base crit -> 154.5% = crit with meta
-> added crit damage with meta is 54.5, which is then multiplied with all the other crit damage mods summed up
-> 54,5% * (100%+50%+50%) = 163,5 %
-> 263,5% is your crit damage and 368,4 is your damage after ignite.
If you crit for example 10000 from what I understand critical strike damage is the damage that is added above the normal amount so if a normal hit was 4000 then the critical strike damage would be the rest 6000 so adding 390% critical strike damage (we say 400 for the ez) it would be 34000 dmg and not 50000.
You're so intelligent ;-)Originally Posted by Spl4sh3r
