It's all a mater of opinion, but come on. At the least, that set makes no sense to be on a rogue... you're vision might be a tad impaired.

Who says what I view as interesting and awesome is wrong? Who says what I should feel does the class justice to be a tad impaired? Really, if anything, you're most likely to tell me the correct number of cookies in a whale than you are to tell me my likes are indifferent.

Rogue set looks amazing; btw think I found the shoulder texture, it's located in the head folder for some reason

The sets and set bonuses are looking pretty good, only set I don't like the look of so far is the Hunter.

As for all the whining about the rogue set, what the hell? It looks great. Practically every Geist we encounter in this game is a sneaky, slippery little bastard. Fits rogues rather nicely.

Also, when we see the full set on something like an UD, everyone will love it. Just you wait.

At least someone gets it. It'll look pretty interesting on Gnomes, Orcs, and Trolls. Would look awesome on Forsaken.

And in a world of magic and fantasy, who's to say that helmet doesn't allow a rogue to see on a completely different spectrum? think IR or nightvision :P, that would fit rogues perfectly.

From a rogue's perspective, I would be happy. Last time I checked, people complained about tier 8, but there's a lot of people with the gear. People complained about tier 9, but there's a lot of people with the gear. How will tier 10 be any different.

The tier whining has been going on since Vanilla WoW, and maybe just once, there will be a tier that will be released before live that will actually get the correct kind of feedback.

To be honest, I don't really care that much for Hunters and Death Knights. I look at theirs in perspective, and couldn't see me in it at all (until we are viewed finished products on different races). The warrior is nice, I could see most the players being upset it's another animal based one, and the druid set is out of this world (though I look at the shoulders and think of Little Shop of Horrors, though that's not a bad thing).

I probably took your post into a whole different direction, but that's how I stand.

Still don't know about you guys, but I really do find that rogue set really disturbing. What's not creepy about a guy with some bag over his head, with a noose around his neck? Wouldn't want to meet someone in that get up in real life.

unless they let you roll on herbs/mining nodes/etc i dont see how an option on rolling on DE'd gear is ok.
